Staff is recommending that the above item be pulled from the agenda and continued to a
date uncertain due to recent damaged drainage infrastructure at the site. Staff will meet
and confer with the engineer and developer to develop a course of action to resolve the
drainage issues prior to rescheduling this item for Council consideration.
