RESOLUTION NO. 1794
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING A MINOR LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT ON RANCHO GRANDE, AKA PARCEL MAP
A.G.A.L. 83-013, OTTSE, J NC. APPLI CANT.
WHEREAS, a Minor Lot Line Adjustment has been applied for, between
Parcels 7-781-17 and 7-781-18; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the request has been held by the Planning
Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the request was minor in
nature, consistent with the General Plan and the provisions of Ordinance
186 C.S.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande held a Public
Hearing on the application, finding that the request was of a minor nature,
consistent with the General Plan and the provisions of Ordinance 186 C.S.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Minor Lot Line Adjustment No.
A.G.A.L. 83-013 modifying a line between Parcels No. 7-781-17 and 7-781-18
is approved.
On motion of Councilman Gallagher, seconded by Councilman Hogan, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Hogan, Millis and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Vandeveer
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted on the 28th day of August 1984.
