Branch St Arroyo Grande, Ca. 93420 Re: Brisco Rd Ramp on/off ramps Our business occupies 1107 El Camino Real. After reviewing the two proposals, Alternative 1 & 4C I have the following comments: “Alternative 1” will deter northbound traffic from accessing El Camino Real between Oak Park Blvd and Halcyon by forcing drivers to backtrack south after exiting the freeway and going under the Bridge. We experienced that when the Brisco off-ramps were temporarily closed last year. I am in favor of 4-C as a better long term solution considering the future development of the along that stretch of El Camino Real. Both proposals do not address the main cause of congestion which is the narrow underpass of the bridge. This should be in both proposals. Why was wideninbg the bridge not considered before or along with the approval of the subdivisions to the East ? Thank you, Dave Yatsko HomeStar Construction
