Requires demolitions, re-design and reconstruction of canopy and other permanent structures.
With aforementioned impact to business unable to fulfil contractual obligation to supplier: Shell Oil.
Given required changes business operation is not economically feasible
Resulting in closure of business and loss of jobs
Redesign will significantly reduce access, impairing ingress and egress to business.
Limits any and all future plans for additional development of currently unused property
Eliminates any future plans to remodel/convert shops to large mini mart.
The impact on our business will be full impact and not partial.
