SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 6:45 P,M, Council Members Fuller,
Runels, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were present,

None,
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to
discuss the following matters:

negotiations,
Mayor Pro Tern Lady appeared just after the public ~omment period and was present for
the entire closed session,
3, RECONVENE TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:31 P,M. to the regular City Council meeting.
4, CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Dougall announced that there was no reportable action from the closed
session.
