Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Lady,
Council Members Fuller, Runels, City Manager Hunt and City Attornev Carmel were
present,

Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet In closed sessIon to
