RESOLUTION NO. 3537
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE MODIFYING BENEFITS FOR FIRE
VOLUNTEERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-02
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") deems it in the
best interest of the City and its fire volunteers that a stipend and specified benefits
be fixed as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that:
1. The pay rate for the Department's Fire Mechanic shall be established at $20
per hour.
On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Lubin, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Lubin, Dickens, Ferrara, and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of June, 2001.
