RESOLUTION NO. 3630
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE WAIVER OF PERMIT
APPLICATION FEES FOR THE LIGHTHOUSE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
CHERRY SALE
WHEREAS, Lighthouse Christian School officials have requested a waiver of the
$101.00 fee for the Temporary Use Permit application required for a cherry sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
1- Those fees for the Temporary Use Permit application for the
Lighthouse Christian School cherry sale are waived.
On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Ferrara,. and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Ferrara, Dickens, Lubin, and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of May, 2001.
