RESOLUTION NO. 1775
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT
NO. 1187, FILED BY JOE ZOGATA SUBJECT TO
CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered
Tentative Tract Map No. 1187, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended denial of the Tract Map for
design shortcomings; and
WHEREAS, following a public hearing and specific recommendations by the
City Council, the Tract Map has been redesigned to meet the concerns of the
Counci I ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby approves Tentative Tract Map No. 1187, subject to the standard
conditions of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member Hogan,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counc i I man Ga 11 ahger
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of June 1984.
