RESOLUTION NO. 1771
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE
APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985.
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 1984-1985 expenditure appropriation limit from tax proceeds
is $3,185,717.00, in accordance with Article XIIIB of the California
Constitution (Prop. 4 SB-1352).
On mot i on of Counci I Member Vandeveer, seconded by Counc U Member Mi 11 is,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Hogan, Minis, Vandeveer and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Gallagher
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of June 1984.
