RESOLUTION NO. 17&9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF BRISCO ROAD, AKA 201 BRISCO
ROAD.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Brisco Road, as specifically described below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
northwesterly frontage of Brisco Road extending
fro~ a point along the northwesterly right of way
line from a point 558.2 feet southwesterly of the
intersection of Brisco Road with the southerly
right of way of El Camino Real extending along
said northwesterly right of way line of Brisco
Road a length of 74.9 feet to a point which lies
633.10 feet southwesterly of said intersection
of Brisco Road with the southerly right of way
of El Camino Real.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member Millis,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Hogan, Millis and Vandeveer
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Smith,
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of June 1984.
