R 1749 ~- '-.. , RESOLUTI ON NO. 1749 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE ON A PORTION OF ASH AVENUE (NORTH OF CORPORATION YARD) WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of Ash Avenue, as specifically described below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, as follows: That a "No Parking" Zone be established on the northerly frontage of Ash Avenue extending from a point 345 feet west of the centerline of the intersection of Ash Avenue and Spruce Street westerly to a point on the northerly right of way line of Ash Avenue at the westerly City limits common with the corporate limits of Grover City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No Parking" Zone. On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member Gallagher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Hogan, Millis and Mayor Smith NOES: None ABSENT: None the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of March 1984.
