RESOLUTION NO. 1746
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICA-
TIONS TO THE ENGINEER I S "REPORT" IN A
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, has previously adopted its
Resolution of Intention pursuant to the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of
1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, for
the construction of certain works of improvement in a special assessment district known and
designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 81-1
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, subsequent thereto, the City Council did, by Resolution, approve the "Report" and
call for sealed bids on the construction of the works of improvement as contemplated in
said Assessment District; and,
WHEREAS, prio'r to said Public Hearing, sealed bids were received and considered for the
construction of the works of improvement in the Assessment District, and at this time an
amended assessment roll has been presented showi ng rrodificat ions and reductions in all
assessments because of the favorable construction bid so received; and,
WHEREAS, at this time bids have also been received for the sale of bonds: and,
WHEREAS, it now appears that the ch anges and rrodifications as set forth in the emended
assessment roll as presented herein should be approved and ordered to be done.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERE8Y RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above- recitals are all true and' correct.
SECTION 2. That sai d changes and rrodificat ions above ment ioned are hereby ordered pursuant
to the authority as set forth in Section 10352 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California (the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913").
SECTION 3. That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered to make the above 1isted
corrections and rrodifications for the assessment roll and the assessment s as
set forth in the "Report" previously approved.
SECTION 4. That the Engineer's "Report", the Assessment Roll, and all related documenta-
tion, as so rrodifi ed, are all for the best interests of the property owners
within the Assessment District, and said assessment, as rrodifi ed and apppor-
tioned, is in accordance with the benefi ts received, and the "Report" , as
here in rrod if i ed and amended, shall stand as the "Report" for all subsequent
proceedings relating to this Assessment District.
SECTION 5. That cert ai n further specific changes and rrodi ficat ions to the proceedi ngs are
also hereby ordered, as said changes and modifications are set forth in Exhibit
"Au attached hereto, referenced and incorporated.

EXHIBIT "A"
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE FOLLOWING CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS AND DELETION OF
PROPERTIES AND WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT BE MADE:
I. DELETE FROM THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT THE FOLLOWING ASSESSMENT
PARCELS:
ASSESSMENT PARCELS, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32.
The Engineer of Work is hereby ordered to immediately file in the Office of the
County Recorder a proposed boundary map showing the amendments and boundaries to
the Assessment District, all as required by Section 3113 of the Streets and-
Highways Code of the State of California.
II. DELETE ALL WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT OVER THE ABOVE LISTED PARCELS, EXCEPT TO THE
FOLLOWING PARTICULARS:
A. JAMES WAY SHALL BE IMPROVED WITH FULL-WIDTH GRADING, TWO-LANES CONSTRUCTION
(MINIMAL STRUCTURAL SECTION) OFF-SITE FROM THE BOUNDARIES AS MODIFIED.
B. DELETE ALL WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS IN JAMES WAY EASTERLY OF RANCHO PARKWAY.
C. DELETE ALL IMPROVEMENTS FOR WEST BRANCH STREET EASTERLY OF BRISCO ROAD.
