R 1744 - ~ RESOLUTION NO. 1744 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE ON A PORTION OF TRAFFIC WAY (216 TRAFFIC WAY, AKA APN 7-483-07, AKA DR. BOLSTAD'S OFFICE) WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of Traffic Way, except Sundays, as specifically described below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS: That a "No Park i ng" zone be es tab! i shed on the southwesterly frontage of Traffic Way extending from a point 532 feet northerly of the north right of way line of Fair Oaks Avenue at the intersection of Traffic Way and Fair Oaks Avenue northerly to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of Traffic Way 620 feet northerly of said north right of way line of Fair Oaks Avenue at the intersection of Traffic Way and Fair Oaks Avenue, Sundays excepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone. On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Hogan and Mayor Smith NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Millis the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of February 1984.
