R 4329 RESOLUTION NO. 4329
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS TO BE SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE ITEMS FOR SALE, DONATION OR
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City has certain office furniture and equipment items which are
no longer used; and
WHEREAS, the office furniture and equipment can be classified as surplus
property and made available for sale or donation to private properties or
disposed of.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare as surplus the office furniture and equipment
described in Exhibit A and authorize their sale, donation or disposal.
On motion of Council Member Ray, seconded by Council Member Costello, and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Ray, Costello, Guthrie, Brown, Ferrara (Mayor)
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14 day of December
2010.
