SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Council Member Joe Costello,
Council Member Caren Ray, Council Member Chuck Fellows, City Manager Steven Adams, and
City Attorney Tim Carmel, Police Chief Steven Annibali (Item 3.a.), and Community
Development Director Teresa McClish (Item 3.b.) were present. Mayor Pro Tem Jim Guthrie
was absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8:
Property: APN: 007 - 131 -011; Located at 1303 E. Branch
Street
Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager
Negotiating Party: Betty A. Carroll

Mayor Pro Tem Guthrie arrived to the meeting at 6:21 p.m.

Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
