Members of the public wishing to address the City Council on any item described in
this Notice may do so when recognized by the Presiding Officer.

4. WATER, WASTEWATER AND STORM WATER RATE STUDY SESSION
During this study session, the Council will receive a presentation by Clayton
Tuckfield from Tuckfield & Associates, will seek input from the public, and provide
direction to staff regarding options presented in the Draft Report of the Water,
Wastewater and Storm Water Rate Study.
5. ADJOURNMENT to the Regular City Council Meeting of November 12, 2019 at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 215 E. Branch Street.
