RESOLUTION NO. 1722
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A POLICY TO
PROHIBIT LEFT TURNS ONTO GRAND AVENUE FROM
THE PROPERTY AT 1026 GRAND AVENUE, MID+STATE BANK.
WHEREASJ it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit left turns onto
Grand Avenue as more particularly described below.
NOWJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ~
Arroyo Grande as follows: i
Left turns onto Grand Avenue are prohibited from the property at I
1026 Grand Avenue, Mid+State Bank, Assessor's Parcel No. 77-111-6~. ,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said prohibition of said left turns.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Hember
Gallagher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES~ Councilmen Vandeveert Gallagher, Hogan and Millis
NOES: Mayor Smith
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of September
1983.
