RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND A PUBLIC
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT DEED FOR THE AGRARIAN
HOTEL, LOCATED AT 325 EAST BRANCH STREET
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit 15-007 on
February 16, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements
pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 16-2244 adopted by the Planning
Commission on February 16, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the conditions
of approval for Conditional Use Permit 15-007 in May 2019; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the improvements on May 6, 2019 and find they are
constructed in accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided a pedestrian access easement deed to the City
for the sidewalk that connects E. Branch Street to Le Point Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby accepts the public improvements and pedestrian access easement deed
for The Agrarian Hotel, located at 325 East Branch Street, including public curb, gutter,
sidewalk on Le Point Street., fire water lines, fire hydrant, sewer lines, sidewalk within the
pedestrian pathway and a pedestrian easement for the creek-side pathway.
On motion of Mayor Ray Russom, seconded by Council Member Barneich, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Ray Russom, and Council Members Barneich, George, Paulding, Storton
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of December, 2019.
