RESOLUTION NO. 1695
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY FROM EULA M. TURNEY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: That purchase of Lot 2 of the Nevada Tract, in the
City of Arroyo Grande. County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
described in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby authorized and the Finance
Director is directed to pay to the seller the sum of $1,250 together with
any necessary closing costs.
SECTION 2: The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Certificate of Acceptance on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande.
SECTION 3: The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute any other documents necessary for the purchase of said property.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gal1agher, Hogan, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Millis
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of April, 1983.
