RESOLUTION NO. l68~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF BRANCH STREET
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking
on a portion of Braqch Street, as specifically described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the southerly
frontage of Branch Street extending from a point 70 feet
west of the centerline of the intersection of Branch
Street and Bridge Street westerly to a point on the
I southerly right of way line, 93 feet westerly of the
, centerline of the intersection of Branch Street and
Bri dge Street.
i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
, of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient
; signs and/or markings to indicate s.id no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Millis, seconded by Council Member
Gallagher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Hogan
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of February, 1983.
