RESOLUTION NO. 1676
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF OAK PARK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking
on a portion of Oak Park Boulevard, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be establ ished on both frontages
of Oak Park Boulevard extending from the intersection of
West Branch Street and Oak Park Boulevard northerly
to the intersection of James Way and Oak Park Boulevard
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be and Is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient
signs and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council
Member Ga11agher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, and Millis, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Hogan
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of November, 1982.
