~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE REAFFIRMING ITS ADOPTION OF
RESOLUTION 80-1 OF THE SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO
COUNTY WATER ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the South San Luis Obispo County
Water AssocIation held on October 13. 1982. the Board decided that each
member agency should reaffirm its adoption of a resolution pertaining
to the wise management of water resources In South San Luis Obispo County.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the CIty Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
as a member agency, reafflnms the adoption of
Resolution N'o. 80-1 of the South San Luis Obispo
County Water Association.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer , seconded by Council
Member Hogan , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Millis, Hogan and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Gallagher
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of October. 1982.
