RESOLUTION NO. 1667
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
FOR THE SHARING OF COST OF UTILITIES AND THE
MA I NTENANCE OF HIGHWAYS I N THE CITY Of ARROYO
GRANDE
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Transportation, has presented an Agreement for the sharing of cost of utilities
and for maintenance of the State Highway 227 in the City of Arroyo Grande
effective as of September 14, 1982 and to remain in effect until amended
or terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said Agreement In full and is
familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande that said agreement for the sharing of cost of utilitIes and
maintenance of the State Highway in the City Is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer , seconded by Council Member
Hogan , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogan, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of September, 1982.
