BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
I DOES HEREBY AUTHORIZE the Office of Procurement, Department of Genera1
Services of the State of Ca1ifornia to purchase:

for and on beha1f of the City of Arroyo Grande, pursuant to Section 14814,
, of the Government Code, and that James C. Clark, Purchasing Agent, Is
