Good Afternoon City of Arroyo Grande City Councilineiribers:
My atint and uncle reside in Arroyo Grande on Victorian Ct. The are in their seventies and my
uncle has several inedical needs. I have been made aware of a recent request by Cal Care
Pharmacy located at 1009 E. Grand Avenue, Arroyo Grande to operate a drive thrii pick IT
opport-unity at their location. This access,at Alder Street entering the Fair aks theatre dirt lot
has access and ease for the con-unuflitY tOPU1l IT and easily enter aqjacent to the, pick up
window. This access and traffic flow would niake a better pick up situation tban the current
drive up and park situation. That one space is hard to inaneuver and requires a, tricky pull and
park situation. The bea:til of the ch-ive thrii window that is being petitioned for provides better
ease, entrance and exit.
Thank you for this consideration in changing the way this pliarniacy does business,and to be of
better service to our communities v-ulnerable population like nry aunt and uncle,

The organizational chart of the City of Arroyo Grande shows the Citizens of Arroyo Grande
over the City Council. Governor Gavin Newsom isnt on the organizational chart. Please be
brave and open the city. Follow the City of Atwater and declare the city a Sanctuary City for
small business. Local businesses and online schooled children are suffering. An article
published by KSBY May 17, 2020 said San Luis Obispo County officials are encouaging
parents and families to be wary of commercial sexual exploitation of children as children are
spending more time out of the classroom and on the internet during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Gavin Newsom has not given our County an opening date, only "weeks not months." What
does that mean? He isnt on the organizational chart. Thanks for your service.
