Attached is the Employment Agreement, which has been signed by Commander
Martinez. The salary range for the Chief of Police is $11,450 to $13,924 per month. Mr.
Martinez’s salary will be $11,967 per month. The other terms and conditions in the
attached agreement are consistent with the prior Chief of Police and other Department
Directors.
