Madam Mayor and Council,
I would like to congratulate Chief Martinez on this monumental occasion and wish him and the
entire Arroyo Grande Police Department the very best of luck in the future. Having known Chief
Martinez throughout his professional career, I know he will dedicate himself to the standards of the
City of Arroyo Grande and that of his new position as Chief of Police. I look forward to working with
Chief Martinez and value the great relationship our police agencies have and will continue to have in
the future.
