Greetings Mayor & Council members,
I am writing in regards to the reporting in the SLO Tribune that AGPD is currently
investigating Sgt. Shane Daly for his comments regarding BLM protestors. I am shocked and
appalled by the posts that were shared in the article and fully support the AGPD investigation.
In the current climate of hate and intolerance for protestors, including private citizens arming
themselves with long guns and patrolling local rooftops, we MUST demand that our law
enforcement personnel are not encouraging violence and vigilante action.
