RESOLUTI ON NO. 1555
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1552
REGARDING THE CALLING OF A SPECIAL ELECTION
RELATING TO A PROPOSED ORDINANCE INCREASING
THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX
WHEREAS, this Council adopted Resolution No. 1552 calling and
giving notIce of the holding of a special munIcIpal election to be held in
said city on Tuesday, November 2, 1982, for the submission to the qualified
electors of said city an ordinance relating to transient occupancy tax.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande as follows:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 1552 is hereby repealed.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote. to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogan
NOES: Mayor Smi th
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of July, 1982.
