RESOLUTION NO. 1553
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RATIFYING THE JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT CREATING THE SAN LUIS OBISPO
COUNTY AND CITIES AREA PLANNING COORDINATING
COUNCil AND THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION
PLANNING AGENCY ANNUAL WORK PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1982-83
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande is a member agency of the
Joint Powers Agreement creating the San Luis Obispo County and Cities
Area Planning Coordinating Council; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement requires all member agencies
to annually ratify the JPA.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI ON I: That it ratifies the Joint Powers Agreement creating
the San Luis Obispo County and Cities Area P1anning Coordinating Counci1
and the Regiona1 Transportation Planning Agency Annua1 Work Program for
Fisca1 Year 1982-83.
On motion of Council Member Mi11is. seconded by Council Member
Ga11agher, and on the f0110wing r011 call vote, to wit:
AYES: Counci1 Members Ga11agher and Mi11is, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Vandeveer and Hogan I
the foregoing Res01ution was passed and adopted this 13th day of Ju1y, 1982.
