Good evening Mayor Russom and Council Members, I’m Mike Stevens the City’s Administrative Services Director and I will be presenting the FY 2019-20 Year –End Results. The 2019-20 fiscal
year covered the period July 1, 2019, to June 30th ,2020. Most of my presentation tonight will be comparing actual results for the year to the budget. I want to start this evening
by looking back at 2018-20 Biennial Budget and some of the difficult budget challenges faced by the Council in the implementation of the FY 2019-20 budget. Secondly, I will address
how the both actuals and the budget were influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic.
