RESOLUTI ON NO. 1539
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING
THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS WITH RESPECT
TO STANDARDS FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND
MONITORING OF SMALL, PRIVATELY OWNED WATER SYSTEMS
FOR RESIDENTIAL-SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE
WHEREAS, the purpose and intent of these Minimum Design, Construction
and Monitoring Specifications Is to consolidate, revise and codify all
published design criteria pertaining to small privately owned water
production, treatment and distribution systems; and
WHEREAS, the minimum specifications will be used as the basis
of design of small privately owned water distribution facilities if such
facilities are approved for resIdential-suburban development withIn the
jurisdiction of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI ON 1: Those certain Rules, Regulations and Specifications
with Respect to Standards for the Design, Construction and MonItoring of I
Small, Privately Owned Water Systems for Residential-Suburban Development
are hereby adopted.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Gallagher, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogan

the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted thIs 11th day of May, 1982.
