RESOLUTION NO. 1532
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF TRAFFIC WAY
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking
on a portion of Traffic Way, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the westerly frontage
of Traffic Way extending from a point at the Intersection of
Traffic Way and Station Way to the Southerly terminus of
the Traffic Way Bridge over the Arroyo Grande Creek.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande bet and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Millis, seconded by Council Member
Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis. Hogan, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of April, 1982.
