RESOLUTION NO. 1522
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABlI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF SOUTH HALCYON ROAD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking
on a portion of South Halcyon Road, as speclfica11y described be10w:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councl1 of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as f011ows:
That a "No Parking" zone be estab11shed on the easter1y
frontage of South Ha1cyon Road extending from a point a10ng
the easter1y right of way 1ine from a point 115 feet south
of the intersection of South Ha1cyon Road with the souther1y
right of way parkway extending along said easterly right
of way 1ine of South Ha1cyon Road a 1ength of 121.98 feet
to a point which lies 236.98 feet souther1y of
said intersection of South Ha1cyon Road with the
southerly right of way of parkway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and insta11
sufficient signs and/or mdrkings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Counci1 Member
Hogan, and on the f0110wing r011 call vote, to wit:
AYES: Counci1 Members Smith. Hogan, Millis. Vandeveer. Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day 1982.
