RESOLUTION NO. 1510
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A PASSENGER
LOADING ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BRANCH STREET
ADJACENT TO SOUTH MASON STREET
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
passenger zone on South Mason Street, as more particularly described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande as follows:
That a 28 foot Passenger Loading lone be established on the I
south side of Branch Street easterly from the end of the
existing Red Zone which Is easterly of the. curb return onto
South Mason Street. The effective time period of the
aforementioned Passenger Loading Zone be from 8:00 A.M.
to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of I,
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said Passenger Loading Zone. I
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer, Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
