RESOLUTION NO. 1509 .
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A THREE-WAY
STOP AT THE EAST CHERRY INTERSECTION OF PACIFIC
COAST RAIL ROAD RIGHT OF WAY PLACE
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to estab1ish a
three-way stop at the East Cherry intersection of Pacific Coast Rail Road
Right of Way P1ace, subject to future review upon widening of East Cherry
Avenue, as more particular1y described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci1 of the City
of Arroyo Grande as f0110ws:
That a three-way stop be estab1ished at the East Cherry
intersection of Pacific Coast Rai1 Road Right of Way Place.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande, and is hereby authorized to provide and instal1 a
sufficient sign and/or marking to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following r011 ca11 vote. to wit:
AYES: Counci1 Members Smith, Hogan, Mi11is, Vandeveer, Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted ~his 24th day of November. 1981.
