RESOLUTION NO. 1504
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY,'
OF ARROYO GRANDE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1494
AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE JOINT POWERS
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS. on August 25, 1981. the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 1494 authorizing the amending of the Handicapped Joint
Powers Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it in the best interest of
the City to rescind this amendment.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande that Resolution No. 1494 authorizing the amendment
to the Handicapped Joint Powers Agreement be rescinded.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council
Member Smith, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer, Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1981.
