RESOLUTION NO. 1500
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF BRISCO ROAD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirabte to prohibit parking
on a portion of Brisco Road, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking'l zone be. established on the northwesterly I
frontage of Brisco Road extending from a point along
the northwesterly right of way line from a
point 423.5 feet southwesterly of the intersection of
Brisco Road with the southerly right of way of
E} Camino Real extending along said northwesterly
right of way line of Brisco Road a length of 134.7
feet to a point which lies 558.2 feet southwesterly
of said intersection of Brisco Road with the southerly
right of way of El Camino Real.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Granda be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council
Member Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer, Mayor Pope
