RESOLUTION NO. 1498
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF i
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE VEHICLE TIRES
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE DOES HEREBY AUTHORIZE the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchase:
VEHICLE TIRES I
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande, pursuant to Section 14814.
of the Government Code, and that William Sheldon, Jr., Purchasing Agent,
is hereby authorized to direct and to sign and deliver all necessary
requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member -'
Millis, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Millis, Vandeveer, Mayor Pope '-
NOES: Council Member Hogan
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1981.
