RESOLUTION'NO. 1493
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A SPEED LIMIT
ON EL CAMINO REAL BETWEE~ BRISCO ROAD AND
OAK PARK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
speed: limit on El Camino Real. between Brisco Road and Oak Park Boulevard,
as more particularly described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a speed limit of forty (40) ~iles per hour be
established on El Camino Real between Brisco Road
and Oak Park Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande' be, and is hereby authorized to provide and i.nstall
a sufficient. sign and/or markings to indicate said speed 1 imit.
