RESOLUTION NO. 5069 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A SALARY RANGE FOR A PART-TIME EXECUTIVE SECRETARY AND APPROVING THE UPDATED CITYWIDE COMBINED SALARY SCHEDULE WHEREAS, an evaluation of the needs of the organization resulted in a recommendation to create a new part-time salary range for an existing job classification; and WHEREAS, an evaluation of the job descriptions for the existing Part-Time Senior Office Assistant position resulted in significant modifications of essential functions; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") deems it in the best interest of the City to establish a salary range for the position of Part-Time Executive Secretary, which will be placed on the Part-Time Positions salary schedule. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that the salary range for the Part-Time Executive Secretary position is hereby established as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Citywide Combined Salary Schedule set forth in Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted effective April 16, 2021.
