RESOLUTION NO. 1478
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE
FOR EMPLOYEES NOT INCLUDED WITHIN OTHER SALARY
RESOLUTION PROVISIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a salary resolution which
makes no forvision for the City Administrator or for the City Attorney, I
Deputy City Clerk and certain other part time city employees presently
employed by the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the resolution for the salaries of city employees
makes provision for a 7 1/2% increase for the salary of employees
specified therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest of
the City of Arroyo Grande that the increases in salaries be uniform;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the compensation for presently
employed city employees not otherwise provided for by salary resolution
be increased 7 112% for the fiscal year 1981-82.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: - Council Memb~ri~mith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer, and Mayor Pope
NOES: None"
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 1 98 1.
