Adoption of Resolution Declaring a Continued Local Emergency Related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic (McDONALD/CARMEL) Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution declaring a continued local emergency related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. 8.d. Consideration of Program Supplement No. F018 Rev. 1 to Administering Agency- State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 05-5199F15 for the Habitat Mitigation Phase of the Bridge Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project, PW 2020-08 (ROBESON) Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Program Supplement No. F018 Rev. 1 to Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-aid Project No. 05-5199F15 for the Habitat Mitigation Phase of the Bridge Street Bridge project. 8.e. Consideration of Appointment to the Arroyo Grande Tourism Business Improvement District Advisory Board (McDONALD) Recommended Action: Appoint Sean Dasmann to the Arroyo Grande Tourism Business Improvement District Advisory Board. 9.
