RESOLUTION NO. 1474
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A THREE-WAY
STOP AT THE EAST CHERRY INTERSECTION OF PACIFIC
COAST RAIL ROAD RIGHT OF WAY PLACE FOR A
TRIAL PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
thr.ee-way stop at the East Cherry intersection of Pacific Coast Rail Road
Place Right of Way for a period of six months, as more particularly
described below; I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a three-way stop be established at the East Cherry
intersection of Pacific Coast Ran Road Right of Way Place
for a trial period of six months.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that'the Chief of Police of the City of i
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install a
sufficient sign and/or marking to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Millis, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer, and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of May, 1981.
