RESOLUTION NO. 1473
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABU SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTI ON OF GRAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking
on a portion of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande~ as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the northerly
[frontage of Grand Avenue between the Oak Street intersection
and 150 feet easterly of said intersection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
. Arroyo Gronde be, ond is hereby outhorized to provide ond instoll sufficient
signs and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member ..-
Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, 'Vandeveer, and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of May, 1981.
