RESOLUTION NO. 1466
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A PASSENGER LOADING
ZONE ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF HUASNA ROAD
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desi.rable to establish a passenger
loading zone on Huasna Road, as more particularly described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, as follows:
That a Passenger Loading Zone be established on the
northerly side of Huasna Road beginning at the intersection ~
of the prolongation of the easterly property line of
Lot 1, Block 2, of-Tract 108 and the established curb
line and running westerly a distance of forty feet. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Polive of the City of
[ Arroyo Grande be~ and is hereby authorized to provide and install
sufficient sign and/or markings to indicate said Passenger Loading Zone.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1981.
