SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE DISSOLVED ARROYO GRANDE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
TUESDAY, MAY 25, 2021
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
In compliance with the State and County Shelter at Home Orders due to the coronavirus pan-
demic, and as allowed by the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, which allows for a deviation
of teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act, this meeting was held by teleconfer-
ence.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor/Chair Ray Russom called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. via
teleconference.
2. ROLL CALL
Council/Board Members Lan George, Keith Storton, Mayor Pro Tem/Vice Chair Jimmy Paulding,
and Mayor/Chair Ray Russom were present via teleconference. Council/Board Member Kristen
Barneich was absent.
Staff members present via teleconference were City Manager Whitney McDonald, Assistant City
Manager/Public Works Director Bill Robeson, City Attorney Timothy Carmel, and City Clerk
Jessica Matson.
3. FLAG SALUTE
Mayor/Chair Ray Russom led the flag salute.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
5. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will recess to a closed session for the following:

Council/Board Member Barneich joined the meeting at 5:39 p.m.
The Council/Successor Agency to the Dissolved Arroyo Grande Redevelopment Agency recon-
vened to open session at 5:46 p.m. City Attorney Carmel announced there was no reportable
action.
He stated that this report would also be made at the beginning of the next City Council meeting
as this meeting is not recorded or videotaped.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:48 p.m.
