RESOLUTION NO. 1465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABU SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF SOUTH HALCYON ROAD
WHEREAS. it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Halcyon Road, as specifically described 6elow:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grandet as follows:
l That a "No Parking" zone be established on the west side of
South Halcyon Road between Fair Oaks Avenue and Farroll Road and on the
east side of South Halcyon Road between Olive Street and Fair Oaks Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient
signs and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Smitht and on the follow:ing: roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1981.
