R 5102 RESOLUTION NO. 5102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING VEHICLES AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain vehicles which are no longer used or
needed as part of the police and public works departments; and
WHEREAS, the items can be classified as surplus property and made available for sale.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby declare as surplus the vehicles in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes their sale.
On motion of Council Member Barneich, seconded by Council Member George, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Barneich, George, Storton, Paulding, and Mayor Ray Russom
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was approved this 27th day of July, 2021.
